Don’t wait until you feel like doing something.
Instead , get into a “flow state”---where you block out distractions and focus all your energy on the task at hand.
In changing your thinking, you don’t have to wait until you have completely eliminated all negative thinking before you can become more productine.
Instead, make positive and proactive decisions to think more positively as much of the time as possible.
True confidence comes when you know that regardless of what happens, you’ll be able to do your best even if it means you have to pick yourself up and try again.
This kind of confidence is far better than worrying, because you can’t control everything.
Develop personal hardiness—which is a combination of commitment, control and challenge.

To find quality time to work on your projects, create some gaps in your schedule.
